1.1 GENERAL

• Automobiles
➜ I do NOT do first comes, first serve.
I am picky with what I want to work with so I will choose based on what I am feeling for my next piece.
➜ Generally I am interested in these designs: cute, elegant, pretty, (inspired)traditional attire, casual, modern, cool, revealing.
➜ I may also state what I'm currently interested in working with.
These will have Higher Chances of being accepted.
➜ No proper character reference sheet? Only reference is a wall of text and images? No problem! We can work something out, however I may charge you more though since there's a bit of Character Designing involved.
➜ Before I start sketching I like to brainstorm ideas which usually comes in the form of quick thumbnail sized sketches.
If the requests are simpler I may do slightly more detailed sketches instead.
➜ WIP may be requested at anytime.
➜ Planning on getting this as a upcoming gift? Please give me 3 - 5 months in advance. If this needs to be a priority I may charge more.
1.2 PAYMENT

Payment: Paypal

Payment is flexible, payment plans: Partial and Half
• I accept payments first before I start. Full payment must be paid before I complete.
↳ Partial: We will go by "checkpoints"
ex. Sketch > Lineart > Colour > Complete
It is possible to add more if needed for your payment plan!
↳ Half: First half of the amount must be paid for me to start.
The remaining half may be paid anytime you can. If I happen to finish 50% of the commission before receiving the final payment I will pause the commission until I receive the next payment.
➔ Upon completion you may request for small changes if needed, free of charge. Any large changes may result a payment fee.
• Small changes: Colour correction, any mistakes I may have made, doesn't change the overall pose and composition.
• Large changes: Outfit, hair, character, pose, anything that honestly just requires me to redo a large section.
*Please make sure you're completely satisfied with everything during the sketching phase to avoid this.
➜ If you keep asking for an absurd large amount of sketches during the sketching phase you may be charge per extra sketch.
1.3 COMMERCIAL USE
• 1x PRICE - NON COMMERCIAL:
↳ Profile picture, Prints, Acrylics, Buttons etc.
Private personal use only. May not make a profit off of it.
• 1.5x PRICE - PERSONAL PROMOTION:
↳ Streamer, youtuber, Influencer purposes etc.
Used to represent, promote yourself in monetized sites like Twitch, Youtube, Picarto etc.
Merch is excluded.
• 2 ~ 3x PRICE - BUSINESSES:
↳ Promotional purposes: Fan Art, Advertisement etc
Merch: Prints, Designs, Acrylics, Buttons etc.
For small to large companies and businesses a like.
• PRIVATE USE: This is an additive and only effects my use of the work.
+ 0.75x I am allowed to use for promotional purposes only:
↳ posting finished work onto social media.
↳ Unmonetized speedpaint videos, tutorials etc.
↳ No Merch allowed.
↳ No funding site activities.
+ 1.5x I will not use any of the work for my personal use.
• ARTIST'S PERSONAL USE:
↳ Promotion: Posting to social medias.
↳ Merch: Prints, Art books, Acrylics, Buttons etc.
↳ Monetized/Unmonetized: Videos, Tutorials etc.
↳ Funding sites: Gumroad, Patreon

➜ Non Commercial + Personal Promotion: Whenever you use my art please properly credit me back "鄧SHIYUMI" or "ShiyumiChan"
➜ Companies and Businesses are exempt from private use additives. We will discuss what is appropriate. Will be different case by case.
1.4 REFUND
YOU:
• May request for a refund at any time.
• Refund amount will reflect the time already spent on your commission.
• You may not issue a refund if I am near (90%)completion.
ME:
• I may cancel your commission at any time for any reason.
• I have the right to keep a portion of the payment that I have worked for.
1.5 RULES
➜ Please do not post full sized, unwatermarked version of the commission to public sites.
➜ No leaking any private and sensitive information.
➜ Do not attempt to scam me with a chargeback.
➜ Be nice, I will not work with rude people.
➜ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
➜ Reproducing and using copyrighted artwork commercially without permission.
➜ Altering the artwork in anyway without permission.
