✧  COMMISSION + T.O.S RELATED  ✧

 • How do you price your commissions?

I factor in roughly average Hours Spent (time) x Experience and Quality (wage)

 • Why are your prices so... high?

Okay, I've actually been blessed to have never received this type of comment but I always feel like there's someone who's asking themselves that or will eventually ask especially with my sudden huge increase in price.

All I can say is: I value my time, my work and worth so I ask that you please respect that. Thankyou ^ - ^

At the same time I understand where people are coming from so I would love to offer discounts and events for free art with me in the future too! Please look out for those!

 • You're Canadian, why are you taking USD instead of CAD?

A lot of people outside of the US also price their commissions as USD. For me it's more so a convenience thing as much as it is for many others and potential clients. I also just use a lot of USD myself and converting currency from CAD to USD be eating my money ; - ;

 • Are you sure you'll never draw anything on your "I DO NOT DRAW:" list? I thought you said you'd like a good challenge 👀?

I mean... I'mma pretty flexible person, give me a good offer and I just might fulfill your wish ;)

 • Under 1.2 PAYMENT method: Partial, what do you mean by "checkpoints"?

Let's say you commission me an expensive order that you can't make a full payment immediately and half payment is still too much.

Partial payments will be a % of the total cost divided by the amount of "checkpoints", which are represented by the stages of my art progress: Sketch > Lineart > Colour > Complete (My Standard is 4 but we can add more if need be)

Example: Let's say the total cost of the commission was $ 800 and you're okay with making 4 increments of payment, that's 25% each which is  $ 200. You would be making a down payment of $ 200 at the start in order for me to start sketching and every time you want me to progress further with your commission you would need to pay another $ 200.

So it would be: Give X amount and I will start doing Y

Sketch > Lineart > Colour > Complete

                                                                                      $ 200  >  $ 200   >  $ 200   >    $ 200
                                                             Paid in Total :  ($ 200) > ($ 400)  > ($ 600)  >   ($ 800)

 • How much is considered to be an "Absurd" large amount of sketches?

This is just to deter some individuals who are looking to  take advantage of artists by constantly getting them to sketch multiple sketches. It'll be like getting "free" sketches and then dipping on them afterwards.

Don't worry! I try to give a good amount of sketches (including thumbnail sketches)  2 - 6 depending on how much ideas I have for the commission. They won't all be "fancy smancy" looking however.

 • If I request a refund I'm not guaranteed 100% of the payment back?

This depends if I have started your commission or not.

âžœIf I have not started at all = 100% Refund

➜ If you cancel during the middle of the sketching phase + I have not sent you the sketch = 100% Refund, you will not receive the sketch.
➜ If I have sent you the sketch and it is fully finished or more than 80% finished = you may need to pay a small portion for the sketch which will be deducted in the refund. If I am 80% finished, I will finish the sketch. You will receive the sketch.

âžœIf you have a detailed character and you cancel your order while I'm half way or more completed with the sketch = you may need to pay a small portion for the sketch which will be deducted in the refund. I will finish the sketch. You will receive the sketch.

Please understand that detailed characters can easily take 1.5-2x much longer than simpler characters.
